Hi, I'm Jude

I’m an accredited Social Worker and therapist based in Deniliquin, NSW, with nearly twenty years’ experience supporting people through life’s challenges. My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in evidence - always with a strong focus on safety, respect, and collaboration.

I work with children, young people, and adults, supporting a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns - from everyday stress and overwhelm to more complex and long-standing difficulties.

I also have a particular interest in supporting people living with personality disorders, helping them build lives that feel meaningful and worth living.

Whether this is your first experience of therapy or one of many, my aim is to offer a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported at your own pace.

I welcome both private-paying clients and those using NDIS capacity-building funding.
