I was apprehensive about starting therapy again, as I had a couple of bad experiences with other therapists who seemed disinterested or didn’t really care about what I was going through, but I decided to give it another shot and met Jude, and I am so happy that I did! I suffer from depression and low mood and was really struggling when we first started our sessions around 6 months ago, and the difference between then and now is night and day, and Jude is a huge reason for that. Sometimes just acting as a sound board for my problems, other times coming up with strategies or suggestions of things that might help. She has been nothing short of brilliant and I am in a much better place now and owe her a huge thanks for this. I started off with weekly sessions and have now scaled it back to monthly, Jude is happy to do whatever works for you. She is kind, caring, and genuinely cares about the people she works with. I couldn’t recommend her more!
